Flagler Estates Community Improvement Association, Inc is a non-profit organization that has been established to work cohesively with the Community Redevelopment Committee. Our main goal is to bring the residents of Flagler Estates together and create common goals for our community, then work together and achieve those goals. The Flagler Estates Community Improvement Association, Inc will play a key role in providing information to the community on how residents in Flagler Estates can help in making a difference in our community.
